Create your Credably account
Sign up with your email or Google account, verify your email and add your basic details.

You manage everything — your purchases, repayments and credit score — from the Credably customer app at https://customer.credably.ng. There's no mobile app yet; the web app works on any phone browser.
Sign up
- Go to https://customer.credably.ng and choose Sign up.
- Enter your email address and create a password, or continue with Google.
- Check your inbox and open the verification email we send you.
- Add your first and last name, date of birth and street address.
- If your device supports it, you can add a passkey so you can sign in with your fingerprint, face or screen lock. This step is optional.
Use your real details exactly as they appear on your BVN record. If your date of birth doesn't match, verification fails and it can affect your creditworthiness.
Who can sign up
- You live in Nigeria.
- You have a valid BVN.
- You have an active bank account with regular money coming in.
- You have an active phone number.
