Set up your merchant account
Sign in for the first time, set your password and find your way around the dashboard.

When your merchant account is created, we email you a sign-in link. The link signs you in and starts a short setup.
Finish setup
- Open the email from Credably and select the sign-in link.
- Create a password. You'll use it with your email to sign in next time.
- If you're in sandbox mode, choose whether to load demo data. Demo data fills the dashboard with sample products and installments so you can explore safely. You can skip this step.
- You'll land on your dashboard.
Sign-in links expire. If yours has expired, go to the merchant sign-in page and use Forgot password, or contact support for a new link.
Find your way around
- Dashboard: sales, recent installments and your next payout at a glance.
- Installments: every installment plan you've created and its payment progress.
- Decisions: credit decisions on your customers' applications.
- Products: your models, variants and the units in stock.
- Transactions and Settlements: money paid to your business.
- Settings: your profile, security, notifications and payout account.
