Sandbox and live mode
What you can do in sandbox mode, and what changes when your account goes live.

New merchant accounts start in sandbox mode. Sandbox lets you try the dashboard with demo data without selling to real customers or moving real money.
Your current mode is shown at the top of the dashboard.
Going live
- Complete business verification from the Compliance page.
- Wait for our team to approve your documents. We email you when it's done.
- Switch to live mode from Settings.
Some features, like creating installments for real customers, are only available once your account is approved and live.
