Upload your business documents so we can approve your account for live sales.

Before you can sell to real customers, we need to verify your business. Open Compliance from the sidebar to start.
What you'll need
- CAC certificate of incorporation (PDF or JPG, up to 5 MB).
- A valid ID for one of your directors.
- Proof of business address, such as a utility bill or bank statement (up to 5 MB).
- Your CAC registration number, e.g. RC1234567. It's optional but speeds up verification.
- Your registered business address.
Submit your documents
- Go to Compliance.
- Upload each document and fill in your business details.
- Submit for review.
Our team reviews documents within 1–2 business days and emails you the result. If something needs fixing, the email explains what to re-upload.
