Pay your down payment

Complete checkout

1. Open the checkout link from the store.
2. Check your payment plan: the down payment, your installments and the total you'll repay.
3. Choose how to pay: bank transfer, card, or USSD.
4. For bank transfer, send the exact amount shown to the account details on screen. You can copy the bank name, account name and account number.
5. Your payment is confirmed automatically once it arrives — you don't need to send proof.

Collect your item

The store hands over your item once your down payment arrives. The item is held for you for 24 hours after your plan is confirmed, so pay promptly.

If your payment fails

• Make sure your account has enough money for the payment.
• Check your card number, expiry date and CVV.
• Wait a few minutes and try again, or use a different payment method.
