Add device units and find a device

Every device you sell on installment is tracked as a unit with its IMEI or serial number. This is how the right phone is reserved for and handed to each customer.

Add units

1. Open a product and go to its units.
2. Enter the IMEI 1, IMEI 2 or serial number. You can also select Scan with camera and hold the label inside the box, keeping it sharp and well lit.
3. To add many units at once, put one unit per line (for example IMEI, serial, battery) or upload a CSV under 2 MB.
4. Fix any highlighted rows and save.

Find a device

Press Ctrl+Shift+K (⌘⇧K on Mac) anywhere in the dashboard, or search for Find device in the command menu, then enter or scan the IMEI or serial number.
