Add a product

Products are organised as models (for example, a phone model) with variants (for example, storage size and colour). Each variant holds the units you have in stock.

Create a product

1. Go to Products and select Add product.
2. Enter the brand, model and category.
3. Add variants with their price, colour and specifications.
4. Save the product. New products are saved as drafts.
5. Add units to each variant, then activate the product so customers can buy it.

Keep stock healthy

• Products page shows each product's stock status: healthy, low stock or out of stock.
• Set a low stock alert on a variant to be notified before you run out.
• Deactivate a product to take it off sale. Its units' IMEIs become free to use again.
